Fire Restoration
When completing a fire restoration, big or small, our first step is to assess the extent of the damage. Fire can cause damage to any space in the home, even if it does not visually appear so. The smoke clings to every surface, including clothing, furniture, and behind walls, which can be dangerous to the homeowner. Our services include performing a walk-through of the damage area with your insurance adjuster and accessing any area of the home that might need restoration.
Once the claim has been finalized, we work with our partner, Aladdin's Cleaning & Restoration, to empty the contents of your home. We then have items cleaned to remove any smoke or debris from your items. Once all contents have been removed from the home, our team begins the demolition process in the damaged areas.
After demolition has been completed, we begin our work repairing & restoring your home.

Mold Remediation
Mold can fester in your home if left untreated. The most common cause of mold we find is due to water damage either from a broken pipe or a failed home appliance. However, there are various ways mold can build up in your home, and in some cases remain undetected due to being behind a wall, in the subfloor, or basement.
Most common areas are in a bathroom or basement due to lack of proper ventilation. The humidity of these areas can cause mold to build up. If you discover mold, the first step depending on the severity, should be to call your insurance company to see if mold remediation is covered in your policy.
After a call to your insurance company, take photos of the damage as documentation for your claim. Examine the area and create a list of all items that are affected by the mold. Present the pictures and list to your insurance adjuster.
Once a claim has been submitted, our team will come in and clear the contents of the affected area. We will then begin an assessment on how to eliminate the source of the determined mold and repair any damage.
